INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT 

Queen Victoria Ortega believes in leadership through service. As a consultant she provides strategy and capacity building to various organizations. She also serves as Queen of The Royal Court and she is President of FLUX, both international networks dedicated to raising the profile of trans and gender non-conforming communities. Queen Victoria Ortega leverages her intersectionality to guide organizations and systems toward transformational change that is both meaningful and effective.

INTERNATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT 

Queen Chela has been a service to the LGBTQ community with a journey that expands over three decades, including the creation of the famed Trans Pride LA (now in its 26th year), and the founding of the first Black Trans led organization in California, The Unique Woman’s Coalition. Her Majesty’s philosophy has always been to create a path where there is none, and if you're lucky you'll create a door that others can utilize, calling her style of community organizing “Social Edutainment.

INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

The Viscount is a Latin transmasculine professional specializing in Clinical and Behavioral research, focusing on Transgender and Non-binary youth and young adults, biomedical and community-based research. With a strong academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, public health, and Community-Based Research, they bring a multifaceted perspective to their work. The Viscount is also a dedicated trans athlete in powerlifting, passionately advocating for the rights and recognition of trans athletes in sports

Countess Melody Torres

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS 

Beyond the salon, Melody is a fierce advocate for her community, dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces where others can grow and flourish. Through every challenge and triumph, she continues to embody resilience, inspiring those around her to heal, evolve, and rise. Melody Torres is an elite stylist for Ulta Beauty. A Los Angeles native, Countess Melody brings the healthy way of life and a culture of wellness to the community. The Countess studied the Science of Wellness at Yale University and inspire’s FLUX’s entire community through example.

The Countess Melody Torres is a testament to strength, transformation, and the power of self-discovery. At just 15, she found herself forging a path of survival through the streets of Hollywood. At 25, she reclaimed her narrative, stepping into the world of beauty with passion and purpose. In 2016, she opened her first hair salon, a space not only for transformation but for empowerment. Today, she thrives in the corporate sphere at Ulta Beauty as an Elite Stylist and Educator, bringing her artistry and wisdom to the forefront of the industry. The Countess continues to embody resilience, inspiring those around her to heal, evolve, and rise.

Lady Liza has made it her mission to create change and fight for equality both in her personal and professional Lives, through FLUX and her position as Program Coordinator and Community Specialist for the TransLatin@ Coalition. Liza is a dedicated and passionate about nurturing and fostering FLUX’s volunteer base.

Lady Commander Scottie-Jeanette Madden

International Advocacy Director

Having produced adventure documentaries and long form narrative all over the globe, the Commander brings over 40 years of Internationally distributed Television Series & Film, Books & Novels to FLUX’s Advocacy. As Cinematographer, Writer, Director, Author, Playwright & Showrunner, the Commander serves community with her leadership quiver and her passion for history, culture and legacy.

Baroness Uriaz Tarango

International Social Media Director

Born in Mexico City. The Baroness brings her law degree and years of experience consulting for public authorities, including the first trans women elected to Diputada Federal (Congress) in Mexico’s History. Baroness Uriaz, continued their legacy running herself in 2025 and continues her lifelong dedication to defending human rights and uplifting the TGI community by focusing on U.S. Immigration law.
