Queen Victoria Ortega

Queen Victoria believes in leadership through service.  Currently she serves as Queen of The Royal Court. Through her role as Queen she leverages her intersectionality to advise and guide organizations and systems. Queen Victoria contributions include: increasing the capacity of community members and stake holders to engage in advocacy. Her majesty has also been a member of such bodies as The Los Angeles county Prevention Planning Council, Los Angeles County Commission on a HIV Health Services and the Transgender Service Provider Network. As part of the Building a Health Communities Boyle Heights Collaborative, she served as chair of the community engagement committee for Building Healthy Communities Boyle Heights and supported the effort in creating a health safety net for undocumented residents of Los Angles. When stepping down from her service in the Building Health Communities initiative she remarked ………
